(Online) Tracing the Scholarly Conversation Online

Join librarian Ian Fraser to learn methods for exploring the relationships between the scholarly sources related to a topic.

After the workshop, students will be able to:

  • Use references and bibliographies to find previous sources
  • Leverage the "Cited By" feature of the databases to see how scholarly ideas have developed over time.
  • Determine the importance of a source by tracing it's relationships to others.
