(Online) Searching the Library: Basic Online

Join librarian Ian Fraser to learn the basics of searching the UW Library collections.

After the workshop, students will be able to:

  • Do basic keyword searches for titles, authors, and topics.
  • Understand the scope of what they're searching.
  • Use search refinements and limiters to narrow the focus of their search.
  • Confidently find known titles in the library.
